We were discussing about Poster Color in the previous post. We also learned that it is a powerful yet simple medium to Master because like oil (painting), it has covering power.
Now, There are 4 ways you can use poster color:
a) You can use Wet Brush on Wet Paper;
b) Wet Brush on Dry Paper.
c) Dry Brush on Wet Paper.
d) Dry Brush on Dry Paper.
Look at your layout, where should you use the Wash? Where should you use the Dry brush?
For your Benefit, here are some samples that may make your creative juices going:
In this Rendering, remember where the architect used dry brush.
The sky and clouds are definitely wet brush on wet paper.
This image is done with blue, white, little green and black poster color only!
Mostly done in drush brush, it shows the texture of the paper.
This aerial view is sketchy and massing blocks only with lots of color.
The above shows the consistent color of poster color over wide areas whether glass or wall.

can somebody tell me whether i can use poster colours on glass? because i have used them, but unfortunately the colours patch up, separate, and break open. i mean to say the colours do not stick together. why does that happen? can anyone tell me, and also how do i solve this problem?
